چکیده
Interval linguistic term (ILT) is highly useful to express decision-makers’ (DMs’) uncertain preferences in the decision-making process. This paper proposes a new group (GDM) method with interval fuzzy preference relations (ILFPRs) by integrating ordinal consistency improvement algorithm, cooperative game, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) cross-efficiency model, and stochastic simulation. Firstly, of ILFPR developed. For improving an ILFPR, two-stage integer optimization model presented derive consistency. Then, weight-determination for obtaining DMs’ weights based on games. Moreover, DEA obtain priorities relation derived from ILFPR. Meanwhile, expected ranking vector obtained analysis Monte Carlo Finally, numerical example emergency logistics selection illustrates applicability credibility proposed method.

Group decision making with incomplete fuzzy linguistic preference relations
The aim of this paper is to propose a procedure to estimate missing preference values when dealing with incomplete fuzzy linguistic preference relations assessed using a 2–tuple fuzzy linguistic approach. This procedure attempts to estimate the missing information in an individual incomplete fuzzy linguistic preference relation using only the preference values provided by the respective expert....

In this article, we propose a method to deal with incomplete interval-valuedhesitant fuzzy preference relations. For this purpose, an additivetransitivity inspired technique for interval-valued hesitant fuzzypreference relations is formulated which assists in estimating missingpreferences. First of all, we introduce a condition for decision makersproviding incomplete information. Decision maker...
متن کاملA new integrated group decision making framework with linguistic interval fuzzy preference relations
The high complexity of socio-economic environments often makes it difficult for a single decision maker (DM) to consider all important aspects of decision problems. Therefore, a group decision making (GDM) process is often preferred by organizations. Moreover, during the decision process, DMs may have difficulties in the prioritization of alternatives. Linguistic interval fuzzy preference relat...
متن کاملA consensus model for group decision making problems with linguistic interval fuzzy preference relations
Sometimes, we find decision situations in which it is difficult to express some preferences by means of concrete preference degrees. In this paper, we present a consensus model for group decision making problems in which the experts use linguistic interval fuzzy preference relations to represent their preferences. This model is based on two consensus criteria, a consensus measure and a proximit...
متن کاملA Group Decision-Making Model with Incomplete Fuzzy Preference Relations Based on Additive Consistency
In decision-making problems there may be cases in which experts do not have an in-depth knowledge of the problem to be solved. In such cases, experts may not put their opinion forward about certain aspect of the problem, and as a result they may present incomplete preferences, i.e. some preference values may not be given or may be missing. In this paper we present a new Model for Group Decision...
